The app maintained a robust user base, with weekly active users fluctuating slightly but generally increasing from 1.97M to a peak of 2.29M towards the end of September.

TikTok continued to generate impressive weekly revenue, reaching a high of approximately $870K in mid-August. However, downloads saw a gradual decline, beginning at 80.1K and dropping to around 57.6K by late September.
